PURPOFF is a wellness application that provides general fitness, nutrition and habit-coaching information, including AI-generated plans based on the data you enter. Services are provided electronically via the website and app.

To use the service you need a device with a modern web browser and an active internet connection. You must not supply unlawful content or use the service in a way that disrupts it or infringes others' rights.

The contract for electronic services is concluded when you create an account and accept this Regulamin. It is concluded for an indefinite term and you may terminate it at any time by deleting your account in Settings (or via the Delete-account page), which erases your account and data.

PURPOFF provides general wellness and fitness information only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical, dietetic or physiotherapy advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, and if you are pregnant, injured, have a medical condition, or are under medical care.

You may submit a complaint about the service by email to contact@purpoff.com. We will respond within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

As a consumer you have statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal from a distance contract. Where a paid service is offered in the future, the applicable withdrawal terms and pricing will be presented before purchase. Your data-protection rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
